Mon. Sep 26 @10:00am-11(ish)am—Botanic Garden: Arrive around 9:50-10:05 at the High St entrance; the Garden opens at 10! We’ll be breaking into small groups, as there are 60+ coming! Wear walking shoes (the paths are dirt and gravel) and bring rain gear if the weather looks to take a turn for the worse. Bring your IDs (Bod cards if you have them!).

Mon. Sep 27@6:30pm-8:30pm—Welcome Reception at Oxford University Press: Arrive and enter 6:15-6:30 through the main gates on Walton St—OUP is opening them especially for us! There will be Council members to direct you where to go at the gate. Bring your ID, as security will be checking your name! We’ll be having cupcakes and some bubbly so please eat dinner beforehand. Dress is smart casual, but go for the dressier/fancy side of that (just not black tie level), as we’ll be having some big group photos on the GRASS! Walking on grass is a huge deal here…

Tues. Sep 27 @8:00am-9:15 (ish)am—Breakfast at New College: Arrive at the New College Porters' Lodge on Holywell Street at 7:55 am. Breakfast will take place in the main dining hall and will be self-service through the buttery from 8 am through to 9 am.

Tues. Sep 27 @2:00, 2:30, and 3:00pm—Uncomfortable Oxford Tours: Meet outside Carfax Tower 5 minutes before your tour starts! Tours will run around 1.5 hrs. Bring rain gear and wear walking shoes!

Tues. Sep 27 @6:30pm-9:00pm—Céilidh: Arrive at the Lincoln College Porters’ Lodge (Turl St across from the Missing Bean) from 6:15-6:25. We'll be guiding you to the room as a group. The Céilidh will be starting at 6:30. Wear comfortable shoes and lightweight clothes that you can dance in. Bring a water bottle and snacks for refueling!

Wed. Sep 28 @10:00am-11:00am—Social Run/Walk!: Meet at Tom Tower (entrance to Christ Church College). Wear your running/walking kit and be prepared to experience the glory of Christ Church Meadows! We’ll divide into groups based on pace.

Wed. Sep 28 @2:30pm-4:00pm—High Tea at Corpus Christi: Meet at the Corpus Christi College Porters' Lodge on Merton Street.

Wed. Sep 28@7:00pm-whenever you leave—Pub Night: Check your emails for your group’s pub location! Bring your wallet and ID for food and drinks. Pub crawling afterward optional!

Thurs. Sep 29 @9:00am-10:00am—Yoga: Meet at the Lincoln College Porters’ Lodge (Turl St) at 8:45! Please bring a yoga mat or a blanket.

Turs. Sep 29 @1:30pm-whenever you finish—Scavenger Hunt: Meet outside Trinity’s Gates on Broad St. You’ll divide into groups and search the city! Wear walking shoes and rain gear if the weather requires it!

Thurs. Sep 29 @5:30pm-7:30pm—Fund’s Welcome Reception: Mingle with Freshers at the Maths’ Institute! Dress is smart casual (similar to the OUP event). Bring your IDs.
